You can easily create a temporary email (temp mail) and use it for Facebook sign-up or verification. Here’s how:
Visit a Temp Mail Service
Go to a website that provides free temporary emails, such as:
Copy the Temp Email Address
The site will instantly generate a random temporary email for you.
Copy it and keep the temp mail tab open.
Go to Facebook Sign-up Page
Open facebook.com.
Paste the temporary email into the email field when creating a new account.
Check Your Temp Mail Inbox
Facebook will send a verification code or link to that temporary email.
Go back to the temp mail website, refresh the inbox, and copy the code.
Complete the Registration
Enter the verification code on Facebook and finish the sign-up process.
Temp emails are not permanent; once expired, you can lose access.
If you plan to use the Facebook account long-term, it’s safer to link a real email or phone number later.
Some temp emails might not work if Facebook blocks them, so try another provider if one fails.
